Update - April '10

We have now reached the end of our first 6 months since re-developing our website and cementing the key areas on which our business focuses. The results have been exceptional, proving to be our most successful period to date.

Our current focus still remains primarily on Local Authorities nationwide, however later this year Whitehall Consultants will be expanding its network and presence in additional markets and build upon our recent successes. Why different markets? Well quite simply many of our associates and consultants have substantial experience of contracting to a broad spectrum of businesses operating in many different markets, so this begs the question, why doesn't Whitehall offer a wider choice of opportunities to our closest associates? Over the coming months we will be.

Telecare - March '10

This assistive technology option is proving to be an ever increasing necessity to the re-ablement programmes in place up and down the country. Whitehall has aligned itself with a large quantity of consultants specifically concentrating their activity on the development of Telecare, from developing entire strategies to implementing unique process models for making Telecare available to all.

We are also in discussions around the development of a partnership agreement with a key Telecare website providing information and opportunities for Clients and Consultants alike. Our associates and consultants will be able to gain access through our website to look for new opportunities and our Clients will be able to view consultants specifically skilled at working with Telecare. Watch this space!

Whitehall Consultants Endorsement - June '09

I have worked extensively with Whitehall Consultants for the last year having been recommended to them by several senior colleagues in the social care sector. As the Subject Matter lead specialist for Birmingham City council's adults and communities transformation programme, my particular requirements have been to engage "top class" sector specialists to design and implement new commissioning frameworks and supplier sourcing models to meet the needs of the governments personalisation agenda.

From the very start, Whitehall recognised that this was no ordinary sourcing arrangement. They actively sought to understand the programmes requirements, not just in terms of levels of experience required, but also our desire to ensure that the consultants we engaged would be able to influence senior managers effectively and "hit the ground running".

I was (and still am) impressed by the companies ability to communicate with their clients in an effective, and more importantly, transparent manner. They saw their main priority as ensuring they found exactly the right skill match for the task required. It was never a question of just placing as many candidates in front of us as possible and the results are tangible. All candidates provided by Whitehall were engaged by the programme.

At a time where the need for independent expertise is increasing in the social care sector, I found it refreshing to work with a company that clearly understands thoroughly its niche market. They pay great detail to their client's assignment requests and, equally they work hard for the consultants they represent. I know from experience that the same cannot be said of many of their competitors.

Excellent, knowledgeable, five star customer service
