This consultant has recently gained over a million pound worth of efficiency savings in Year 1, and this figure looks set to double in Year 2, for an Adult Services department with an ageing population. Following the successful capital bid on the back of his Business Case, it was required to translate the concept into reality within a shortened timescale requested by Corporate. This was a complete organisational change programme. A systems and business analyst with an unrivalled understanding of system functionality and Children Services business requirements enables this consultant to ensure Authority’s ICS systems match their practitioners’ agendas. Actively engaged in scoping system requirements, optimising supplier relationships and driving system development this Consultant contains up to date knowledge of ICS phase 1.B and 1.C compliance. An understanding of the full lifecycle of Information Management from data capture through to report development combines with their knowledge of Local Authority’s ways of working allowing this consultant to be an asset to any Authority seeking improvement of their information management capabilities.
